Welcome to the MVHS Library!  This is a physical and virtual resource for all MVHS students.

Find a Book  - Access to Destiny, our online catalog, as well as book recommendations and reviews. 

Research Resources  - Access to subscription databases and other research sources. You will also find additional support for conducting research including citation tools, information on avoiding plagarism, searching strategies, and guidelines for evaluating sources.

Learning Links  - Check out these curricular subpages to see website links and research pathfinders: English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Visual and Performing Arts, World Langages and ELD.

Library Policies  and Library Capacity.

Students may choose to come to the library to work or read quietly. 

Library staff is available to assist students from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

Supervised, quiet, study time is also available from 7:15 -7:30 a.m. and 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. most days.

The library is open to all students before school, during brunch, lunch, and after school.

The library is open to students with free periods (1-7) when classes are not scheduled. It is closed to unscheduled students when classes are in session. Please see the whiteboard at the entrance for the daily schedule of class use. Students are expected to be working or reading quietly.

During Tutorial as well, the library is reserved for academic use only. Students are expected to be working or reading quietly.
