o "Mr. Kreiger taught me humility. He wasn't loud or outspoken but he did his job well and expected no reward other than our equal commitment. He also showed me the value of self-evaluation."

q One being an athlete:
o "Being an athlete has taught me the value of hard work. To succeed I must work harder than any of my opponents. It is important to carefully manage my time between sports and school. Time management was one of the hardest lessons to learn."
